Plumett TL 22 Capstan-Winch

The TL 22 capstan-winch is designed to pull underground telecommunications and power cables and subducts, weighing up to approx. 6 tons, into preinstalled ducts.

Advantages: Lightweight and compact design allowing operation in confined space. Rope fixed entry point providing stability during pulling operations. Power assisted demand pay-out mechanism for safe and easy pay-out of the wire rope. U-grooved bullwheels providing a longer rope life and a constant pulling speed. No rope jams as the wire rope is stored on a drum under low tension, independently of the pulling load exerted by the winch. Adjustable overload cut-out. Mounted on trailer fitted with single rubber suspended axle and with removable polyester cover for easy handling.
